1. Accepting these terms

This website is published by Apex Multispecialty Clinic, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using it you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Nothing here limits any right you have as a patient or as a consumer under Indian law.

2. Using this site creates no doctor–patient relationship

Until then, no one at the clinic is monitoring your condition, holding your case, or responsible for your treatment. An enquiry is a request for an appointment. It is not a consultation, a triage, or a second opinion, and we cannot act on clinical information you send us before you are seen.

3. What the content is for

The pages describing conditions, investigations and specialities are written to help you understand what a term means and what a test involves before you come in. They are general and educational. They are not tailored to you, they cannot take account of your history, your other illnesses or your medicines, and they are not a diagnosis.

We keep the content current to the best of our ability, but medicine moves and pages age. If something here contradicts what a doctor has told you face to face, the doctor is right.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Nothing on this site is a promise, a warranty or a guarantee of any clinical result. Medicine deals in probabilities. Two people with the same diagnosis and the same treatment can have different outcomes, and no honest clinician will tell you otherwise.

Professional conduct rules for registered medical practitioners in India prohibit advertising, soliciting patients, claiming superiority over other practitioners, and publishing patient testimonials. We follow those rules deliberately. You will not find before-and-after photographs, success percentages, star ratings or patient stories on this site, and if you see them elsewhere under our name, they are not ours.

5. Enquiries and messages

• The enquiry form and our email and WhatsApp numbers are for arranging appointments and asking practical questions.
• They are not monitored around the clock, and there is no guaranteed reply time.
• Please do not use them to report symptoms, to ask whether you should go to hospital, or in an emergency.
• We do not give individual medical advice by email, WhatsApp or social media.
• The clinic does not offer teleconsultation at present. If that changes, we will publish the terms for it separately.

6. Appointments, cancellation and waiting

• An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic confirms it to you by phone, message or email. A submitted form on its own is not a booking.
• Please arrive about ten minutes early with your previous records, reports and the medicines you are currently taking, including the boxes or strips where you can.
• If you cannot come, tell us in advance — the same day is fine, earlier is kinder. It lets us give the slot to someone who needs it.
• We may have to reschedule you. A clinic that runs to a strict timetable is a clinic that is not attending properly to whoever is in the room. If a patient ahead of you needs more time, they will get it, and one day that patient will be you.
• Fees are told to you before a consultation or an investigation is carried out. Ask at reception, or ask us on +91 88614 99206, and you will get a straight answer before you commit to anything.

7. Intellectual property

The text, layout, illustrations, photographs and the Apex name and logo on this site belong to the clinic or are used by it with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use or to show them to a family member or another doctor.

You may not copy the content onto another website, reuse it commercially, present it as your own, or use the clinic’s name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or are associated with you. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link to a hospital, a laboratory, a professional body or a source of health information, we do it because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. Read their terms, not ours, when you are on them.

9. Availability of the site

We try to keep the site up and correct. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or free of interruption, and we may change, move or remove pages without notice. If the site is down, the clinic is still there — call us or come in.

10. Reliance and liability

You use the information on this site at your own discretion. To the extent Indian law allows, the clinic, its doctors and its staff are not liable for any loss or harm arising from relying on something read here, from a delay in seeking care, from an interruption to the site, or from a message sent through this website that we did not receive or could not act on.

Nothing in this clause limits our responsibility for the care we actually provide to you as a patient at the clinic. That responsibility is real, and we accept it.

11. Your information

How we handle what you send us is set out in the privacy policy, and what is stored on your device is set out in the cookie notice. Both form part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this website or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Before that stage, please give us the chance to put things right. Most complaints are settled in a conversation. The route is on the patient rights and grievance page.
