Apex Multispecialty Clinic

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Last updated 7 September 2026

Apex Multispecialty Clinic is a healthcare provider, not a retailer. We do not sell or ship any physical product, so most of what a shipping policy usually covers does not apply here — this page explains what does.

1. No physical goods are shipped

Nothing bought or booked through this website is a physical item, and nothing is couriered, posted or shipped to you. What you pay for is a consultation, a diagnostic test or a procedure, delivered in person at the clinic.

2. How a service is “delivered”

A paid consultation, test or procedure is delivered by you attending the clinic in person at the date and time confirmed to you. See visit us for the address, directions and what to bring, and book or contact to arrange or change a time.

3. Reports and documents

Prescriptions, diagnostic reports and discharge or referral letters are handed to you in person at the clinic. Where a doctor has agreed to send something by email — a report, for instance — it goes to the email address you provide at the time, not by post or courier. See the privacy policy for how we handle that.

4. This is not an online store

The clinic does not currently sell medicines, devices or any other physical product through this website. If that ever changes, a separate shipping policy covering those items will be published here before any such product is offered for sale.

5. Questions

If anything about how a paid service is provided is unclear, contact us at info@apexmultispecialtyclinic.com or +91 99966 30135.

This page was drafted for Apex Multispecialty Clinic to describe how the clinic actually intends to work. It is not legal advice and it has not been certified by a lawyer. The clinic’s legal advisor should read it and confirm it before the site goes live.
