Apex Multispecialty Clinic

Expert care, close to home.

A multispecialty clinic built around one idea — that the person reading your report should be the person who examines you.

What Apex is

One clinic, one set of notes, one doctor who knows them.

Apex is a multispecialty clinic in Bengaluru, built around cardiology and growing outward from it. The idea is a simple one. The cardiologist who examines you is the cardiologist who reads your ECG, your echo and your treadmill test, and who sees you again when the report needs explaining.

Non-invasive cardiac diagnostics are on site, so a first consultation and the tests that follow it usually happen in the same building on the same day. Where a procedure is needed, it is performed in hospital, and the follow-up comes back here.

Consultations are available in English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Bangla. Understanding what is happening to your own heart is part of the treatment, not an optional extra at the end of it.

The clinic is opening shortly. Appointments are not open yet. If you would like to hear when they are, get in touch and we will let you know.

On site

Cardiac diagnostics in the same building.

These 4 non-invasive tests cover most of what a cardiac assessment needs. None of them involves radiation, and none requires an overnight stay.

  • 01

    ECG

    Electrocardiogram

The first test in almost any cardiac assessment. It shows rhythm disturbances, evidence of a past or ongoing heart attack, and strain on the heart muscle.

5 minutes · Report same visit.

  • 02

    Echocardiogram

    2D Echo with Colour Doppler

Shows the pumping strength of the heart, how the four valves are working, the thickness of the heart muscle, and pressure in the lung arteries.

    20 – 30 minutes · Report same day.

  • 03

    TMT

    Treadmill Stress Test

Shows how the heart behaves under exertion rather than at rest. Narrowings that are invisible on a resting ECG often appear here.

    30 – 45 minutes · Report same day.

  • 04

    Holter Monitoring

    24 – 48 Hour Ambulatory ECG

Palpitations, blackouts and irregular rhythms are often intermittent and miss a 5-minute ECG entirely. A day of recording catches what a snapshot cannot.

Fitted in 15 minutes, worn 24 – 48 hours · Report 2 – 3 days after the monitor is returned.
